If you did a sync and no trips are shown
Start by double checking the filter selection
Select the user and the instrument
Deselect the dates to show all data from any time
Ensure you show all (any) category
More often user might think they have missing data, when in fact, they are not selecting the proper filters.Please consult the Manager 2,0 user interface for more details about filters
