Please ensure you are using the most up to date Manager Version
To check , Open the About menu and click on Check for update 

To check the instrument configuration

1. Open the Manager 2.0
2. Connect the instrument
3. Open the configuration menu and select the instrument section
4. Select the instrument from the list
5. Check that the default settings are as in the image below
6. Click on OK

If no check mark are selected, the instrument will operate in stealth mode, and will display no signs of operation.

No light or sound.
