The international standard requires all OBDII connectors to be within 100 cm of the driver’s seat and accessible without tools.
Start by looking under the dashboard on the driver’s side, left and right, otherwise rarely on the passenger side in the glove compartment or in the center console.
Don’t forget to look under small doors.
