Since version 2.0 oc the Manager , it is possible to add what is called Manual trips
Why ?
If you forget to use your instrument one day, or damage the instrument, you can still record your trip another way, to later enter this trip in the Manager .

About the filters
As the name implies, manual trips are not recorded by an instrument. As they are NOT part of an instrument, therefore, to view manual trips added to the Manager, you must not select an instrument but rater the "All instruments" selection in the instrument list.
Manual Trip Identification
When a trip is added manually a small "M" icon with appear on the bottom right of the trip list
Report will also show those trips as manual entries with the same "M"
How to create a manual trip
To start adding a trip
Click on the Manual trip menu
From the start and destination address
- Select the date and time of the trip
- Select the user
- Select the type of trip
- Enter the start address
- Click Locate address to find the location on the map
- Enter the destination (end) address
- Click Locate address to find the location on the map
- Confirm the trip is OK and click on Add trip
From the start and destination pins on the map
- Select the date and time of the trip
- Select the user
- Select the type of trip
- Move the A pin to the starting place on the map
- Move the B pin to the destination place on the map
- Confirm the trip is OK and click on Add trip
You can use the mouse wheel or the + - , in the map to zoom in and out

Look at your filters on top
With the proper filter selected , manual trips will show in the trip list
