In some instances, it is possible that this email ends up in your SPAM box for investigation.
Please look in the spam box of your email software or web mail (like Gmail)
If you receive Gmail in your Outlook or any other PC email application, be aware that spam will never reach your application. Therefore, you need to log into your Gmail directly and open the Spam box.
