Can't see the Manager in Windows 11

This is a common question for users new to Windows 10 and Windows 11
If you can't see an application already in the Windows taskbar bar, here is how to quickly resolve this.  

To manually find the Manager application (or any application), start it or create shortcuts. 

1. Click the Windows button.
2. Search for Triplogik (type TripLogik in the search bar)
   Double-click the application to start it 
3. You can add a shortcut in the Start menu, by clicking on "Pin to Start"
   or
   Add a shortcut in the taskbar menu, by clicking on "Pin to taskbar"
