Description of the main user interface 


MENUS

The Manager User interface has 10 menu options

Trips :  Show a list of trips according to the user, date selection , category , selected trip will show on the map in the right pane
Places: Show the places ( start and end address) selected place will show on the map in the right pane
Report: Sow the report generator. If a report is generated, it will show in the right pane

Recycle: Includes GPS false trips caused by interference, and deleted trips from the user 

Sync:  Will start a sync of the connected instrument  

Manual Trip:  interface to enable a user to add trips that were not made with the Triplogik instrument 


Logout: Button to log out of the Manager Application
User: Show interface for user and Instrument management

Settings: Show the Manager and the instrument settings, including general setting, backup and restore, Categories and Qualifiers.
About : will show current version and is used to check for any Manager updates
Help: Is a direct link to the support section of the TripLogik support site


FILTERS

Filters are used to show only the information you need to see and report .


User: Will show trips for this user 

Instrument: Will show trips made with this instrument only, for the current user 

Date From and Date to:  Will show trips for the selected user and instrument within the date range only 

Category : Will show only trips classified in the selected category
Qualifier : Will show trips from the selected qualifier

Edit Trip : Will open the roll up interface to enable you to modify trip information such as the description of the trip, description of the paces, the category and qualifier


TRIP LIST 


All trips include the trip start day, date, time , the duration of the trip and the distance


Green flag indicates start place
Checkered flag Indicates the end place 

The margin bar indicates the trip type according the the color of the category 


(note: awaiting geocoding indicated the Manager had not yet retrieved the address from the TripLogik Map server

On the bottom of the trip list there are 2 trip sorting options


Specialized filter 



TRIP EDITOR  
The trip editor button is located on the top left of the map.

When you open this roll up some of the information in the trip can be edited.

Information that can be edited:

  • Description of the trip
  • Note
  • Origin and destination description
  • Category and Qualifier
     






Other important information 
The bottom of the user interface includes

Total Trips : This is the total numbers of trips according to the currently selected filters
Current user : show the email of the current user account
Connected instrument : show the Serial number identifying the instrument plug into the PC
 Memory capacity : show the percentage of memory used inside the connected instrument
