Please verify if the Manager software is set to show the Trip Trace

In the manager software, click on Settings to open the setting menu

Ensure the "Route' option is selected

If you are still having an issue

Verify your computer is using the latest version of Microsoft Internet explorer

The Manager software is relying on modules from your Windows Internet explorer installation

To check which version of Internet Explorer you’re using:

  1. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button and then clicking Internet Explorer.
  2. Press ALT+H, and then click About Internet Explorer.

The manager software requires version 10 or up
