When starting the Manager , this error can how as a generic message for multiple issues related to the communication using the internet connection.

Although it's possible your internet is working for email or web browser, there can still be an issue with specific communication ports used by the Manager to reach the map server.

The firewall manages this via your personal anti-virus/firewall or by a group policy setup by your corporate network administrator, if you are using a corporate managed PC.


Reason for this message

1 - Internet is not working at all

2 - PC is connected to a network that has insufficient credential to access to the internet and use those specific ports  ( check firewall ports, or temporarily disable the firewall)  

3 - A firewall on your computer or network is blocking ports 443 and 444
(Open the ports in your firewall, or ask your network Manager to give you access)  

4 - Your TLSv1.2 encryption protocol is deactivated

5 - Your DNS provider is not working correctly and can't find the TripLogik server.
try to access the static page www.triplogikmap.com from your browser, if you see it, check your IP ports in the firewall or deactivate your VPN 

6 - You are using a VPN and it can't find the TripLogik Map server from it's DNS
 ( stop the VPN or change the server you are connected with ) 

7 - The Triplogik server is being serviced and is temporarily offline for a few minutes 
(Try again in a few minutes) 

8- Make sure you are using the latest version of the Manager application
