No 2026 Trip in the Manager **Solution**

If you did a sync of your instrument with the Manager using version 2.1462.3 
trips made in 2026 will not appear in your trip list. 

This is because you are currently using a version that is no longer supported since December 2025.
Without the update you will not be able to see or sync any trips made in 2026.

UPDATE link and instructions

The following link, from our website, will allow you to download the most recent version of the installer:
https://www.triplogik.com/download/Manager2/triplogik-setup.2.1462.16.0.exe


 Please follow these steps:

  1. Close the Manager.
  2. Download the file ( from the link or go to the Triplogik website in the Download section) 
  3. Start the installation, ( Preferably in admin mode -> link to instruction how to in the knowlege base)
  4. IMPORTANT !  Open the Manager and synchronize your instrument right away.

NOTES On communication Issues

If you are experiencing communication errors, please verify the following:

  1. Company-managed computer
    If your PC is managed by your employer, ensure that your IT department has opened the required communication ports for the Manager.
  2. VPN connection
    If you are using a VPN, disable it completely and test again.
    You may need to configure the VPN to allow the Manager to communicate directly with the server.

    ➤ If you work remotely or need to log in to your office network, you are most likely using a VPN.
    ➤ Some users also install VPN software without realizing it can interfere with certain applications.
    ➤ Not all software works properly through a VPN—exceptions or split tunneling may be required to allow the Manager to function correctly.

  3. IT department support
    If you have an IT department, they are best positioned to assist, as they control your computer’s permissions, network access, and security policies.
  4. Knowlege base
    Please consult our knowlege base as your PC might have benn updated wo disable some of the standard methods
    -Unable to connect to the remote server
    -How to check and enable TLS 1.2 on your PC

IMPORTANT – Check Your Spam/Junk Folder

Update notifications have been sent weekly to all users since December.

If you have not received these emails:

  • Check your Spam/Junk folder
  • Ensure that TripLogik email addresses are not blocked or marked as spam
  • Add TripLogik to your safe sender list to ensure future technical updates are received
