Cant download software, error 404 not found, link not working

Have you ever gone to a website page only to get a 404 bad link error ?
All modern browser load pages once and then use its cache (local memory on your PC) rather than the server where the new file is located.

 In cases where file might change frequently, like software version, you might need to clear your PC browser cache or tell the browser to "Force Reload" the page


HOW TO MANUALLY FORCE A WEB PAGE PAGE RELOAD 
In all web browsers, it is possible to force a page reload from the server
by holding down the shift key while you click on the Refresh button.

Chrome	Hold SHIFT key and click on the refresh  icon  Or Hold Ctrl key press F5
Firefox	Hold Ctrl key press F5 Or  Hold Ctrl key press R
Internet Explorer	Hold SHIFT key and click on the refresh  icon  Or Hold Ctrl key press F5
