User name not in the drop box of the main login
When can this happen
- After a failed update
- After you reinstall Manager new
- If the database file is damaged
How to fix it
- Download the DB Restore utility here : dbrestore.exe
- Close the Manager Application
- Start the DB Restore utility
- The normal path of the database is already shown
- Enter your User name in the empty fiels
- Click on Restore
- Close the DB Restore utility
- Restart the Manager
Your user name will show in the User name field, you can now login with your password.
Démarrer le Manager
Votre nom d’utilisateur apparaîtra dans le champ Nom d’utilisateur (User name:).
Vous pouvez maintenant vous connecter avec votre mot de passe.
Sinon ,
1) Click on the arrow of the list and select your user name
2) Entez your Password
3) If you forgot your password
Click on the password reset link, under the password field and follow the instructions
