Username Not Appearing in Login Dropdown

There are situations where the local database may fail to properly sync with your TripLogik account. In such cases, you may encounter issues like:

  • The username not appearing in the Username dropdown list

  • An error message stating: "Username does not exist"

When Does This Happen?

Your username may not appear in the login dropdown if:

  • A software update failed

  • You reinstalled the Manager application

  • The Manager was not installed with proper admin credentials

  • The Manager was stated before it was confirmed

  • The local database file is damaged or missing

⚠️ WARNING
