Automatic Invoice Delivery
Invoices are sent automatically and immediately after payment, as indicated on the screen.

Download on Screen
At the end of the payment process, a window will appear allowing you to also download your invoice immediately
by clicking the “Download Invoice” button displayed on the screen.
If You Use Gmail
If you can't find our email, please check your Spam folder, especially if you're using a Gmail address.
Google often flags emails containing the words "Invoice" or "Facture" in the subject line as spam.
⚠️ Important :
If you use an email application like Outlook to check your Gmail, note that the Spam folder might not be synchronized.
We recommend logging into your Gmail account via a web browser to check that folder directly.
✅ Helpful Tip if You Often Miss Emails in Gmail
To ensure you receive our emails in the future, we recommend adding our sending address to your contacts,
or marking the email as “Not Spam”.

Payment Confirmation
PayPal: If you paid via PayPal, you will also receive a payment confirmation directly from PayPal.
- Square: If you paid using Square, a payment notification will also be sent to you by their system.
