  3. If you changed the email and other PC can’t login anymore.
  4. Uninstall the Beta 
  5. Reinstall the current Manager version

    The entire procedure can take about 4-5 minutes. 

1- How to update to the Beta version 

If you require to change your email, the current version 2.1462.3.0 does not provide this possibility.
You will have to update to the 2.1462.16.0 version 


Please use the temporary installer from the link below

2- How to change your account email


Once you have updated your Manager to the Betaversion above

Please follow the temporary procedure

1- Backup your database file in case something goes wrong  ( how to here) 

2- Once the backup is completed , start the Manager

3- Click on the Users menu 

4- Edit the TripLogik Account




In the new edit windows  
 


1- Enter the new email

2- Enter the new email again 

3- FOLLOWS THE INSTRUCTIONS
4- Click on Apply changes

 



5- Once you receive the email ( on the new account) and click on the approval link
6- Restart the Manager and log normally



3- If you changed the Main admin email account and other PC Using the same, can’t login anymore ?



If you have updated to the beta version of the Manager and you have multiple PC or users under the same business account,

You must update their PC as well.


Otherwise your users will have a message letting them know their email is wrong , and the Manager will close.



Once the Manager is at the same version , a user will receive the message his admin changed email
They must click on YES


At this point it is extremely important to enter the right information in the right order

Please provide the old and new email via email so that you can copy and paste to prevent any error of tile corruptions.




4- Uninstall the Beta 

Once the Manager updated the new email in your account
We strongly suggest you return to the current official version.

Simply uninstall the Manager, through the normal Windows procedure

1- Right Click on the Windows icon
2- Click on Settings


1- Search for Triplogik

2- click on the 3 dots ...
3- Select Uninstall

When you see the question, Do you want to delete all trips and user data ?

Click on NO 



5- Reinstall the current Manager version


When the Beta is removed , reinstall the Manager of the current version
